Terms of Service

Effective: 6 August 2026. These draft terms should be reviewed for the specific legal entity and first commercial offering before accepting customer payments.

1. Using EvolutionOS ＋

You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any offering-specific conditions.

2. Commercial offerings and payment ＋

Prices, deliverables, delivery timing and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Payment must be made through an approved payment method.

3. Customer responsibilities ＋

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security where applicable and using deliverables appropriately.

4. Intellectual property ＋

EvolutionOS and its platform materials remain protected intellectual property. Rights in purchased deliverables will be stated in the relevant offering.

5. Availability and changes ＋

We may update, suspend or modify services to maintain security, reliability and commercial viability.

6. Liability ＋

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
